With over twenty years’ practitioner experience and ten years in Social Work Management Ann Marie is passionate about ensuring schools and organisations are embedded and fully absorbed in their ‘Duty to Safeguard’, and provide a preventative service (offer early help) to young people and their families. Specialising in child protection training and consultancy she is passionate about thresholds and safeguarding – supporting organisations with their vulnerable families that do not meet the child protection threshold by offering supervision, trouble shooting, training and consultancy.
