David Brindle is public services editor of the Guardian and a leading commentator on the social care sector. He is an award-winning writer and an experienced conference chair and speaker. David is vice-chair of the Recovery Focus group of mental health, addiction and domestic abuse charities established by Richmond Fellowship. He is a member of various advisory committees including those of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and the NIHR School for Social Care Research.
